NCVPS Drop/Withdraw Procedures

Within the first five days of a new semester or summer session, you will have access to the Day 5 No-Show Report. This report is extremely useful for identifying struggling students, students who do not have login information or do not understand how to access their course. Please be sure to reach out to them and their families to offer support.

Note: During our summer session, we will post a Day-3 No-Show Report on the 5th day of class.

Please refer to our academic calendar for important dates to help you during the start of each new semester or summer session.

Day 5 No-Show Report – NCVPS will post its Day 5 No-Show Report in the Reports section of the registration system. This report is an early warning notice that identifies students who have not logged into their courses by Day 5. A school’s entire enrolled roster will be on this report, and students who have not logged in will be identified as “no show.”
