Text 2 What happens if communication breaks down?

The Co-Teaching/Blended Learning Instructional Leaders- The Communication Team

Several years ago, the Blended/Co-Teaching Teaching Program established Co-Teaching/Blended Teaching Relationship Instructional Leaders (CTR-ILs) to oversee and help ensure successful relationships between the partner teachers. There are currently eight CTR-ILs, as listed below:

If you have any problems with your NCVPS co-teacher, you can complete a Virtual Support Ticket (The Virtual Support Ticket is also linked at the top of your communication log that you share with your partner teacher and in each course on the Home page). Your ticket will go straight to the CTR-ILs, and they will be in contact within 1-2 business days.

A similar communication ticket system is in place for the NCVPS teachers if they feel that communication is breaking down with their f2f teacher. If the NCVPS teacher turns in a ticket regarding poor communication, realize that you might be contacted by the CTR-ILs to work to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the CTR-ILs or one or more of the Co-Teaching/Blended Program Directors might reach out to the Administration at your school to help resolve the issue.
